IT By Design Extends Support for Key MSP Vendors Datto and Kaseya

The MSP has expanded its tool-agnostic approach by adding Datto and Kaseya expertise to its engineering services.

“We want to make sure our remote engineers are comfortable working in leading MSP tools. It’s also important that our outsourced NOC and help desk teams can troubleshoot those tools,” said Kaila. “We are unique in offering vendor management within our outsourced NOC/help desk solutions. We will reach out to those vendors for assistance if a ticket is product-related. Having close partnerships with those vendors helps us prepare for those escalations, be it an issue with the Datto RMM [service] or a concern with a Kaseya product such as Unitrends.”

In terms of its RMM virtual admin services, ITBD can now optimize both RMM tools. This helps MSPs take full advantage of the capacity and power of those vendor products. This is a win-win for both partners and the vendors, the company said.

Looking Ahead

Moving forward, ITBD will support Datto’s unified continuity, networking, backup and business management product lines. They will also support Kaseya’s full suite of MSP IT management tools, supporting management, security, and backup of IT infrastructures. ITBD’s NOC will fully support the both vendors’ RMM to provide a one-stop-shop experience. Current NOC offers cover incident response, maintenance and ongoing support.
