With this in mind, I’m excited to tell you about Symantec Secure One, our enhanced Partner Program, which has been redesigned to better reward our partners and accelerate your business by joining our technological innovations in Core Security, Threat Protection, Information Protection and Cyber Security Services with your unique ability to solve complex customer challenges.

Here are the highlights of Secure One:

  • Higher Earning Potential: With our newly designed Growth Accelerator Rebate, you can unlock our growth rebate to apply across all eligible products or billing in every competency, so you’ll get paid on business you’ve never been paid on before.

  • Get Paid Faster: The GAR pays out on the first transaction—no waiting for a year-end true-up—and the earning opportunity in the quarter is 50 percent higher than before.

  • Easier Achievements: Achieving Platinum status has never been easier. We’ve eliminated Technical Validation and Customer Reference requirements. There are no certifications required to register new deals, and no certifications required to achieve Platinum in the Core Security Competency. Earn more, faster, with less effort.

Current Symantec partners may use PartnerNet to explore the new benefits and requirements associated with Secure One. New partners should register by completing the online application. Once registered, use PartnerNet to explore competency requirements, metal tiers and all the benefits of Secure One.

In addition to our new Secure One partner program, we have SymNation, our Partner Rewards Program. We’ve rolled out a fresh new look with multiple promotions, live on SymNation now. Sales of select Symantec products could earn you points toward your choice of awards. Symantec’s Reward site offers almost limitless options, like high-end merchandise, extraordinary vacation packages and much more. Additionally, we’re excited to announce new Opportunity Registration to our Platinum, Gold or Silver tier resellers enrolled in Secure One. We are offering an additional 5 percent back-end rebate calculated off of net new bookings value to Symantec on our Data Loss Prevention products. Available now through April 1, 2016.

Lastly, we are increasing the maximum Opportunity Registration eligible deal size for qualifying opportunities on all eligible Opportunity Registration products.
