Several new products and services recently emerged for the red hot UCaaS market.

The channel and its customers love unified communications, and vendors continue to meet the demand.

One UCaaS provider announced a version of its offering that will meet the evolving needs of the financial services market. Another vendor built upon previous consolidation with new solution. And once again, we covered updates to Microsoft Teams.

SD-WAN also features prominently in our new services recap. A well-known security provider unveiled its SD-WAN offering after completing an acquisition earlier this year. And VMware launched a new virtual network function through a partnership with an interconnection provider.
