Meet an SMB Partner Who Thinks Big

T.C. DoyleEnterprise Technology Services (EnTechServ) is a family-owned business with a mission: to serve SMB customers. “We formed our company in order to share large-enterprise resources with small businesses, giving small business owners access to services they would otherwise not be able to afford,” said EnTechServ President Ced Halbach.

This includes providing world-class support, secure email, top-of-the-line monitoring and anti-malware programs at “small business prices.” “We instill all the advantages of an in-house IT department for a fraction of the cost,” said Halbach.

Given that the company has grown 900 percent over the past years from referrals alone, the message seems to be resonating among small business in and around Weehawken, New Jersey, which is only a tunnel ride away from New York City.

“We are a full-service B2B IT company, providing fundamental support with infrastructure, hardware and software. We are committed to aiding businesses with the steadfast maintenance, dexterous expertise and rapid innovative solutions that will keep their operations running impeccably,” Halbach said.

So what sets the company apart from scores of others that offer similar claims? For starters, EnTechServ does not outsource. Every support call made to it is handled by its own on-site specialists. “We have a rapid response time ticketing system and we will outcall to your location quickly upon any IT matter that jeopardizes your businesses operations,” the company said.

In addition, EnTechServ remains focused on the services that local small business prioritize most. This includes a curious combination of advanced professional services and some rather mundane services such as custom configuration and depot repair. They aren’t as profitable as the company’s server and network design services, or its hosted email and security services. But they keep customers including Al Dobre, CEO of Kastel Renaissance Interiors Inc. and Kastel Kitchen Gallery, raving.

“As the owner of Kastel, I have been using Enterprise Technology Services for more than a few years now. Their professional approach to any problem we have faced has been outstanding,” said Dobre. “In addition to great service, their response to our service requests have always been on time and fast. Finding problems, analyzing them and having solutions that would meet our goals and to be able to fit them into the budget are just a few of many reasons why I will continue to use them….They are a serious solution for the serious problems that small business owners like myself face every day.”
