Vercuity, Quickcomm Partner

In a move that could herald a change in the TEM space, Vercuity Solutions and Quickcomm Software have partnered to help Global 2000 companies combine and manage their telecom services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is not a merger Vercuity will use Quickcomms software to integrate users wireless, wireline, domestic and international services into one platform.

The companies plan to roll out the new service over the next year. They said they are targeting enterprises that need licensed software, an ASP, ASP with managed services or full business process outsourcing. The combination will provide full lifecycle management and international support, among other features. Quickcomm and Vercuity also said the partnership makes them the largest TEM provider in the world.

Both companies sell through indirect channel partners. However, their end-users typically spend in the millions of dollars per year, more than what most smaller agents and dealers are able to accommodate.

Quickcomm is headquartered in New York City, while Vercuity operates out of Denver.
