CRM OnTarget Taps Ensim Unify for Deployment

Ensim Corp., a provider of user provisioning and access control software, announced CRM OnTarget, a provider of Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has selected Ensim Unify to deploy and manage its existing Microsoft applications alongside several new hosted services the company is offering.

Using Ensim Unify, CRM OnTarget can support its existing Dynamics CRM and Hosted Exchange offering while also delivering other popular services such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, Microsoft Exchange 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and BlackBerry.

All applications are managed via Ensim Unify, providing a single interface to CRM OnTarget’s operations, its resellers and customers. The change is expected to be complete within two weeks.

“Unify’s support for Microsoft CRM has given us the ability to continue delivering on our core competency, while opening the door to providing other new revenue-generating services. Moving all of our applications under one umbrella makes it a snap to manage and leaves us free to focus on scaling our business,” said Randal Southam, Microsoft practice manager at CRM OnTarget. “By leveraging Ensim Unify, we’ve saved months in developing our own in-house solution, and are now launching a number of new services both directly and through our resellers very quickly.”
