“PEAKE supports larger medical practices from Pennsylvania through the Carolinas. We’ve been back in the office since June 2020, with just a few exceptions for employees in high-risk situations. We were able to offer employees a path to vaccination starting in January, which most did then. We relaxed mask requirements and social distancing in the office as our state (Maryland) and county (Anne Arundel) updated guidance. 

“We’re going to stay “in person,” with continued options for occasional work from home. This is the model our team of 35 employees prefers. We prefer a collaborative office culture, with remote work flexibility for life balance. In fact, we’re nearing the completion of a new office in Maryland that will double our space to support our planned growth, in addition to a new office in Raleigh, North Carolina, that we opened in June.”
