Datagate Innovation, the provider of SaaS telecom billing solution for MSPs, has integrated with Datto Autotask PSA. The companies say this will deliver significant time and cost savings to MSPs using the Datto Autotask PSA platform.

This two-way stream of information between Datagate and Datto Autotask will essentially eliminate the need for rekeying data. The idea is that Datagate will synchronize information from Datto Autotask such as customer details, products and contracts.

MSPs will be able to automate telecom billing. In addition, the process will fully integrate with top telecom tax engines and popular accounting systems. Essentially, integrating the telecom billing solution directly into PSAs (such as Datto Autotask and ConnectWise) will automate invoicing for telecom services.

“Datagate is committed to integrating with the software that’s important to MSPs so that telecom billing is easy, quick, and automatic,” said Mark Loveys, CEO, Datagate. “We focus 100% on the MSP market. Our latest Datto Autotask connector is a result of listening to MSPs and delivering what they want. Selling voice services as an MSP no longer means extra work or hassle.”

The integration aims to deliver time and cost savings at a time when both are top of mind for most MSPs.
