Business Goal Management Vendor Gtmhub Intros First Channel Program

To formally launch the new partner program, the company is holding a Virtual Partner Day on May 15.

Gtmhub, the business goal management software vendor, has created and unveiled its first-ever channel partner program. Gtmhub’s flagship product is its platform that helps companies plan and target objectives and key results (OKRs) for their operations.

Part of the channel program launch, the company also will host an inaugural online Virtual Partner Day on May 15. It will be from noon-5 p.m. ET.

The company’s business goal management software works with more than 150 integration and communications products that partners already offer. That helps the product add more value for partners by building on existing products that customers use.

New Channel Boss

David Stadulis, Gtmhub’s vice president of business development, joined the company in February and will lead the nascent channel efforts. Stadulis came to the company from Atlassian, where he was a global alliances manager.

Gtmhub aims to help partners deliver strategy execution management tools to customers that require better goal-setting and business processes. The software automatically tracks goals and progress, which can improve team collaboration and focus.

“Gtmhub’s new channel program is the first-ever channel program for OKR,” Stadulis told Channel Futures. “We will help drive strategic alignment throughout our partner and their client organizations.”

Partners can help customers set transformational strategies through OKRs, using Gtmhub as a road map, said Stadulis.

“Data and transparency are drivers of innovation. By contrast, the constraints of decentralization have impacted the way people collaborate work and act, both at the strategic and tactical ends of the spectrum.”

Stadulis said that though the partner program is new, the company has been working with partners for some time.

“This launch is a recognition of the next step we are taking with this program,” he said. “Our partners have requested more access, better tools and more collaboration. We’ve heard those requests. By launching this program, we intend to further develop on those asks and broaden our relationships.”

Using Gtmhub’s OKRs alignment view, partners can help customers solve many data needs, including visualizing and supporting functional achievements. The software can also identify duplicity and map dependencies across business sectors.

“With Gtmhub, our partners can simplify the process for clients by pulling in only the data that matters,” said Stadulis. “We do this through a flexible API and our suite of integrations. Gtmhub [gives] our partners a strategy delivery template that provides a top-down view of an organization’s progress toward achieving company goals.”

Adding ‘Strategic Value’

Dion Hinchcliffe, an analyst with Constellation Research, said the Gtmhub platform is a great way to help channel partners increase their strategic value to their customers.

“The cited Gtmhub capabilities will let them grow their service footprint in the C-Suite in particular by allowing client executives to better measure and oversee the objectives and performance of HR, marketing, sales and IT teams in an increasingly industry-standard way,” said Hinchcliffe.

And those business goal management features can help channel partners better serve their customers, he said.

“It can if they have the strategic vision,” said Hinchcliffe. “Partners that want to go beyond app delivery and drive meaningful business performance as real partners with their customers will have an opportunity they didn’t have before.”

The platform fits into workplace analytics, business performance management and human resources management to help customers, he said.

“OKRs are fast becoming a leading way for companies to drive the individual performance of employees in a way that’s becoming broadly accepted and widely understood,” he said. “But the tools to get the most out of OKRs are largely still in their infancy. It’s the emergence of platforms like Gtmhub that can provide a more professional and comprehensive management capability to realize the full potential of OKRs.”
