Managed services and IT automation software company Kaseya has acquired 365 Command, a Microsoft (MSFT) Office 365 management solution for IT organizations and managed services providers (MSPs), to provide customers with management capabilities for Microsoft’s cloud application suite. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed to the public.

According to Kaseya, this move will now provide customers with an IT systems management offering that includes cloud application management.

The IT automation software company also added in a blog post that the acquisition “confirms the importance of reliable, easy to use cloud application management in today’s IT environments.”

Kaseya President and CEO Yogesh Gupta said in a prepared statement that Office 365 is “exploding in popularity.”

“This acquisition gives Kaseya yet another powerful tool in its arsenal to help our customers dramatically simplify management of their IT environments, and to make managing today’s modern infrastructure and applications seamless for organizations,” he said.

This acquisition follows Kaseya’s acquisition of Zyrion, a provider of cloud and IT service monitoring software, which was announced back in July.
