Health Care and SD-WAN: A Seller’s Guide
Date | Available On Demand |
Duration | 45 minutes |
Few verticals have gone through a more dramatic digital transformation than health care. Notoriously slow adopters of next-gen technologies, hospitals and clinics turned the corner in stunning fashion last year. Telehealth accelerated exponentially in 2020 thanks to the pandemic, and the wisest technology firms are getting in on the opportunity.
Health care customers are poised to reap the benefits of network transformation as they approach the end of their MPLS contracts and consider their future architecture. Channel partners can use SD-WAN to help this vertical obtain major cost savings and business productivity.
However, the health care industry has traditionally resisted digital transformation for good reason. Its unique needs and strenuous compliance demands often scare partners away. You’ll need to gain a strong understanding of the industry if you want to deliver high-value solutions.
This webinar will provide attendees with:
- An overview of the health care market and its technology purchasing habits
- A look at the SD-WAN adoption trends in health care
- An understanding of compliance measures that health care requires
- A key use case of selling software-defined networking services to health care customers
- Insider tips for selling network transformation to this niche industry

i have been testing a product called iQuila which can achieve layer 2 connections across any internet connection. it will also pass vlans and security information as it is an overlay LAN. Would this not make SD-WAN redundant and if not why not.
