Zoomdata, a visual analytics company with customers in telecom, pharma/life sciences and financial services, on Wednesday launched its first global reseller partner program.

ZAP!, the Zoomdata Application Partner program, provides new and existing partners – both international and domestic – with benefits including: dedicated, in-house support representatives and integrated support systems; advanced training and timely updates as new features and functionalities roll out; direct access to marketing, sales and master-class resources; and a partner portal to track deal registration and share joint marketing assets.

Russ Cosentino, Zoomdata’s co-founder and vice president of channel sales, tells Channel Partners that the program was developed from “significant customer demand.”

“In the last year we’ve begun to support a core group of partners in regions like South America, Africa, Europe and Asia Pac[ific],” he said. “We’ve experienced 3X growth, so now we’re expanding the reach and including U.S. efforts. Big-data analytics has continued to be a challenge for companies and we saw the real need to provide a SaaS solution that is flexible, scalable and offers insights they need to succeed — regardless of the industry.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

The company has more than 10 core global partners, and 30 regional SIs representing specific territories and vertical markets. Most recently, Zoomdata signed a partnership agreement with RCG Global Services in the United States.

Other recent reseller partnerships include Datalytyx in the United Kingdom, Semantix in South America, Moviri in Italy, Zeal in Japan and ICT Intelligence in South Africa.

“We’ve worked closely with our partners and their feedback is incredibly valuable, as they are the best of the best and brightest from around the world,” Cosentino said. “This program is therefore rooted and built upon the knowledge and expertise of top-notch industry players when it comes to understanding, solving and tackling the challenges of big data. We will continue to work closely with all of our partners, so every stakeholder is set-up for success — it’s a win-win for everyone.

“Performing analytics in a world of rapidly moving data has been a challenge for our customers that need to develop, implement and (most importantly) visualize real-time insights,” said Rick Skriletz, RCG’s global managing principal of data and analytics. “Using Zoomdata’s unparalleled features and flexibility, our customers can finally harness big data and gain actionable insights they weren’t able to access previously. We are excited to partner with Zoomdata because their solution enables our customers to make all data, regardless of type, quantity or location, available to users, so they can make timely data-driven decisions.”
