API integration platform provider Jitterbit has launched an expanded/enhanced partner program designed to accelerate the company’s shift toward a partner-first business model in the face of surging global demand.

The new PoweredBy Jitterbit partner program offers incentives and go-to-market resources for all types of partners – from SaaS and platform providers, to SIs and resellers – to deliver enterprise integration “at a rate and pace so far unparalleled in the industry,” according to the company.

Andrew Leigh, Jitterbit’s vice president of channels and alliances, tells Channel Partners the company surveyed its partners and incorporated their feedback into the scope of the new program.

“We realized we had an opportunity to do more for our partners by defining a program that creates more value for partners and their customers,” he said. “So, we built a program that was decidedly different with deeper incentives, complementary (go-to-market) offerings, unlimited training and certification, the highest levels of service and support, and defined business and marketing accelerators to help partners drive their business forward and take advantage of this multimillion-dollar opportunity.”

The partner program is designed to create opportunities for partners to build and grow multimillion-dollar businesses on top of Jitterbit’s platform, Leigh said. It also provides a foundation for partners to create their own intellectual property for prebuilt solutions, including new practices for infusing artificial intelligence (AI) directly into business processes.

“The PoweredBy Jitterbit program features an enhanced suite of sales, marketing and technical enablement tools to enable partners to enjoy a faster ramp to success, and a deeper incentive program to create new revenue streams,” he said. “Jitterbit’s increased focus on joint marketing provides partners with an innovative way to generate leads, build a pipeline and drive conversion, all while amplifying their position in the market.”

Jitterbit has more than 250 global partners with strategic partnerships with nearly every major cloud or on-premises platform in the industry, including Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Epicor, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle and Workday, and works closely with hundreds of SIs.

“Partnering with Jitterbit is a frictionless and seamless way to embrace the opportunities for integration and API transformation at scale and for thousands of applications and popular ecosystems,” Leigh said. “Jitterbit now provides the business models, domain expertise, and platform for our partners to build out API competency centers, OEM connectivity suites, integrated value chains, and connected industry best practices.”

Last month, Jitterbit announced a new partnership with Epicor, expanding its impact in manufacturing and adding to a list of vertical-specific solution provider partnerships that includes higher education, finance, health care and technology.

“Jitterbit’s enterprise iPaaS solution provides us what we need to navigate the complexities of API integration,” said Thierry Bonfante, Epicor’s vice president of global product management. “We look forward to our continued success with Jitterbit, leveraging the PoweredBy Jitterbit partner program to driving more value to our customers and helping them get fit for business growth.”
