TBI added five new vendors to its provider portfolio during the third quarter, including Equinix, Nextiva, Office Depot, Sierra Wireless and Towerstream.

The addition of these vendors not only presents partners with a new set of products and services, but also offers additional resources for end-user engagement, according to TBI. Its solution engineers also are accessible to help all selling partners position, design and implement the new portfolio additions.

Equinix is the world’s largest retail colocation provider, and offers data-center services such as colocation; hybrid, private and multicloud solutions; cross-connects and an exchange fabric between Equinix data-center assets.

Nextiva’s portfolio includes UCaaS (including interactive voice response and application integration), Nextiva Clarity, Nextivia Drive, and CCaaS.

Office Depot’s ITaaS managed service is focused toward small businesses across many verticals. Some of the services include proactive monitoring, antivirus updates, Microsoft Windows patch management, 24/7 tech support, email protection, server/server OS monitoring, and user identify and access management.

Sierra Wireless’ cellular cradlepoint services allow end-users to diversify their networks and allow for dual SIM cards, which enables redundancy in their cradlepoint to failover.

Spanning 12 major U.S. markets, Towerstream’s fixed wireless internet network is 800 feet above the city. Terrestrial diversity allows Towerstream to provide independent and redundant Internet connections.

TBI maintains a portfolio of voice, internet, data, mobility, cloud and managed services accompanied by back-office sales and support resources designed to allow reseller partners to conduct more effective sales and customer engagement.
