Managed services providers (MSPs) have been juggling a lot this summer, including managing employee vacation time and, hopefully, testing customer data backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solutions — but the summer, sadly, is coming to an end.

The weather is cooling off, at least here in New York, and Samuel Adams Octoberfest has replaced Summer Ale at the bars. Bathing suits and pool supplies are no longer being advertised; instead, backpacks, notebooks, and folders have flooded the stores.

While the end of the summer is near, we must not forget to enjoy these last few weeks; I even blocked a few days off for personal time in my calendar. It’s important that we take the time to relax, reflect, and soak up the sun.
