CLOUD PARTNERS Master agency X4 Solutions (Booth 218 and a Premier Sponsor) has named Kelly Barber its new vice president of carrier-partner relations. She starts her new job on Nov. 1.

Barber most recently was senior director of national sales operations and client support at Time Warner Cable. She’s also held positions at XO Communications and MCI.

I have always had enormous respect for the X4 Solutions team and their accomplishments as one of the leading master-agency programs. I am eager to begin my role and share in their growth and continued success,” she said.

Barber will work to further enhance X4s reputation as the measure of what partnerships should be in the carrier community.
