Jay Rubin now is COO at WTG and Energent, which are owned by Commerce Consulting Corp. (CCC).

Rubin previously served as chief of staff/senior vice president, project office; he continues to report to CEO Vince Bradley. He’ll now own all major projects including employee success, HR, project management, facilities and corporate development.

Rubin joined CCC in 2008 and has served management roles including vice president of project management and senior vice president/chief of staff. He came to CCC from Lionbridge Technologies and Countrywide Bank.
