VoIP.ms, a Montreal-based VoIP service provider, has launched a new partner program targeting master agents, IT integrators, MSPs and VARs.

The program is for partners that consult with organizations to simplify their communications, integrate complex systems or source communication deals. VoIP.ms partners will earn recurring commission without billing the customers themselves. They also will get access to a comprehensive dashboard including real-time statistics, payout tracking and more.

Hassle-Free Partnering

David Rouleau is VoIP.ms‘ COO. The program is geared toward partners that get inquiries for VoIP on a constant basis from their current customers, but don’t want to expand their business model to include VoIP, he said.

“Partners who in fact want to include VoIP can simply sign up as VoIP.ms white-label resellers,” he said.

This evolving program sits in between the VoIP.ms referral program and reseller program.

“We launched our referral program (mostly tailored to residential customers, and friends and family) back in 2018 and we already had the reseller program quite some time,” Rouleau said. “But we felt like there was a void in the middle that we needed to fill. This was becoming more and more [requested] by current and new customers.”

VoIP.ms is contract-free, pay-as-you-go and bring-your-own-device, and offers free porting.

“This great offering reduces the barriers to the entry to such a minimal level that we believe partners will be able to easily refer their customers to VoIP.ms and generate a great payout,” Rouleau said.

Feedback from Partners

VoIP.ms has received a lot of email from customers who were unofficial partners, Rouleau said.

“Lots of them have been referring business to VoIP.ms for years,” he said. “We believe this program will definitely make the life of the selected partners better. They will not only be able to generate an attractive payout, but also track everything in a user-friendly dashboard.”

VoIP.ms has experienced “incredible” growth in the past two years since launching its referral program, Rouleau said.

“We got this amazing crowd of evangelists at VoIP.ms that consistently drive our growth,” he said. “To continue this growth trajectory, launching a partner program was the next logical step to meet the needs of our business customers that specialize as IT integrators, master agents, MSPs or VARs.”
