VoiceLog Announces Free Setup for Free Speech TPV

VoiceLog LLC (Booth 627), a specialist in third-party verification for telecom, utilities and financial services, has announced a special promotion for its Free Speech TPV. All new accounts established from now to March 31 will have normal charges for account setup waived. The company says the savings run to the hundreds of dollars.

Free Speech TPV is speech recognition-based third-party verification. It provides automated verification services without requiring touchtone commands, so the verification process is easier and available to customers without touchtone telephones.

In most cases, the verification script requires a yes-or-no answer or its functional equivalent. The system uses a VoiceXML platform, backed up with the VoiceLog live agent network, and the company says completion rates range to 99 percent. The offer also includes: unlimited use of the VoiceLog proprietary Web interface; the VoiceLog "No-Single-Point-of-Failure" network with 99.999 percent uptime; and 36 months of online storage.

VoiceLog charges no premium over its standard interactive voice response offerings, so Free Speech TPV is available at less than $1.50 per call for most standard TPV scripts. The company says the standard pricing is 75 percent less expensive than live agent verification.

VoiceLog, which has recorded more than 45 million verification calls in North America and Europe, also offers the Any Language on Earth language support, State-Specific Scripting and Dual Channel Recording products, Web and email-based callbacks and other TPV services, in addition to VirtualLogger, for call center recording on a full-time and selective basis with no capital expenditures, VirtualQC third-party quality monitoring and scoring, transcription, long-term record archiving and more.
