TPx, the recently rebranded managed services carrier, has realigned its service-provisioning organization to create a team dedicated to processing service orders, installations and escalations for its agent partners and their clients nationally.

Yvette Barreto, an experienced TPx service delivery manager, has been promoted to spearhead the new group as director of agent channel provisioning. Since her arrival at TPx, then TelePacific, in 1999 as a project engineer, she has “dedicated herself to customer satisfaction and has a proven track record of partnering with agents to successfully complete installations,” the company said.

“Provisioning these complex services requires a special level of support and communication with agents throughout the process,” said Ken Bisnoff, TPx’s senior vice president of strategic opportunities. “Based on Yvette’s remarkable track record and the confidence she has inspired in our agent partners, she’s the right person to lead this effort. Yvette and her team will deliver for agents and their clients, and then some.”

TPx completes about 1,000 orders per month. With nearly half of those orders coming from its agent channel, the realignment will enhance agent experiences and communications as TPx accelerates its channel sales development and expansion throughout the country, the company said. Interest in TPx’s UCx cloud-based UC and ITx managed IT services continues to grow among agents and their clients nationally, it said.

Barreto’s new team brings together several project managers, coordinators and engineers with an average 14 years of experience working with agent partners and customers to manage service orders, installations and escalations.

“We’ve assembled a top-notch provisioning team to exclusively serve the agent community,” she said. “They enjoy communicating and collaborating with agents, and will do whatever it takes to provide them and their clients with exceptional service. Nearly [half] of TPx sales come from the agent channel, but our group is chomping at the bit to do everything we can to increase that percentage significantly.”

Matt Johnson, director of service delivery for QOS Consulting, a telecom agency with more than 2,500 implementations, was pleased to hear about Barreto’s promotion to lead the team.

“I’ve worked with Yvette for quite some time and she always keeps the customer’s best interests as her top priority,” he said. “We expect Yvette to be very successful working exclusively with the channel as she genuinely values agent relationships and understands how to deploy the sophisticated solutions that our clients need today. We know she’ll be phenomenal in her new role and look forward to continued success working with her and TPx.”
