Toshiba Certifies SIP Interop with AireSpring

Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., Telecommunication Systems Division and AireSpring Inc. announced Tuesday that they have certified interoperability of AireSpring SIP Trunking services with Toshiba’s family of Strata CIX IP business communication systems. AireSpring SIP Trunking services are now available nationwide from Authorized Toshiba Dealers.

AireSpring SIP Trunking services provide businesses with a secure and scalable VoIP solution that is a fraction of the cost of PSTN solutions or even other SIP providers, the company said in a press statement.

“In today’s economy, company decision makers are looking for ways to cut costs and make their operations more efficient, and they are recognizing the combined value of unified IP-enabled devices and low-cost SIP-based platforms in reducing routing charges and integration costs,” said Daniel Lonstein, COO for AireSpring. “AireSpring’s next-generation SIP Trunking network was built from the ground up to offer ultimate flexibility, scalability, and value for companies from SMB to Enterprise. We are thrilled to be working with Toshiba dealers to help their customers save the maximum amount on their telecom needs.”
