TMC Runs Promotion, Educates Agents

TMC Communications (Booths 324-326), a show sponsor, this week is offering agents a cant beat sales incentive and holding a luncheon to introduce partners to its VoIP service, ClearPro.


Agents will earn an upfront cash bonus of up to $1,000 per voice T1 sold through May 28, 2005. The offer is good for dedicated T1s on any of TMCs underlying carriers.


The cash bonuses start at $200 and then increase by $200 with the sale of each additional T1 until reaching $1,000. After that, agents will continue to earn $1,000 for each additional T1 they sell. TMC says there is no limit to the number of T1s an agent can sell to receive the bonus, which is paid immediately after installation.


“TMC originally launched this promotion at the Channel Partners Show in Chicago to overwhelming success,” says Susan Davidson, TMC’s vice president and director of business development. We paid out more than $10,000 in upfront cash, and we expect to pay out even more during this promotional period.”


TMC says its T1s sell at the lowest rate with the highest commission. The company says it pays agents 15 percent commission, plus a $250 upfront cash bonus per T1 sold.


TMC this week also is holding a luncheon to introduce its VoIP service, ClearPro, to agents. Developers Susan Davidson and Ralph Widmar, TMCs CTO, will host the event, held from 12-1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, in Mandalay Bays Coral A banquet room. Agents interesting in attending should visit TMCs booth.


TMC launched ClearPro in late January, with service initially available in California. ClearPro will be rolled out in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington and Oregon later this year.


Luncheon attendees will learn how ClearPro reduces a company’s monthly phone bills by up to 50 percent, get new sales strategies such as identifying prospects and selling ClearPro against the competition, and find out about implementing the cap and grow strategy that keeps customers for life.


ClearPro gives users up to 24 channels for voice and up to 1.5mbps of dedicated Internet access. Businesses that switch to ClearPro keep their phone numbers. The service is compatible with all PBX systems, IP PBXs and key systems.


“The combination of industry-low pricing, unique cost-saving benefits, and excellent commissions position TMC agents to refuse to lose any deal,” says TMC CEO John Marsch. “The response from agents has been overwhelming. At the luncheon, we’ll arm our agent partners with sales strategies to help them sell even more.”
