The telx Group Inc. has been sold to GI Partners, a transatlantic private equity firm.

Detailed terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

This is a monumental achievement by a team of outstanding professionals who I have had the pleasure to lead through innumerable challenges throughout the years, Rory J. Cutaia, the founder, chairman and former CEO of telx, said. This transaction is a tremendous result for our shareholders and is the logical next step in our continued growth.

As part of the transaction, Cutaia has signed a consulting agreement with the company.
