The company also launched a sales tool designed to help VoIP service providers sell their own services online. It calls this online tool “your–domain.com” and presents sample webpage designs that VoIP service providers and their own web developers can use as a guide.

With Telinta’s Hosted PBX for Small Business, VoIP service providers can offer a full range of PBX features to small and home-based businesses which previously were available only to large companies.

“Telinta understands that our customers need to offer feature-rich hosted PBX services in order to win in today’s highly competitive VoIP market,” said Alex Ferdman, Telinta’s CEO. “With Telinta, VoIP service providers can meet the needs of any-size businesses, without deploying hardware or software.”

Telinta’s Hosted PBX includes capabilities such as brandable self-care portals, an auto attendant, call handling, fax capabilities, and IP and analog phones. It is fully integrated with Telinta’s Mobile VoIP, WebRTC, SIP Trunking and other offerings for customizable bundled offers, subscriptions, volume discounts and other promotions.

With the “your–domain.com” tool, VoIP service providers can plan their own websites for services such as hosted PBX, calling card, mobile VoIP and mobile top-Up. The tool also includes a guide for offering Telinta’s Virtual Office solution to small and home-based businesses.

Also this week, thinQ and Telinta announced a joint promotion where Telinta customers can receive 1,000 free minutes of voice termination. thinQ customers who sign up for new service with Telinta will receive a $400 credit toward their first month of hosted softswitch and billing services.
