Telesphere Debuts Quoting, Reports Portal for Partners

CHANNEL PARTNERS VoIP and hosted PBX provider Telesphere (Booth 3009) this week is showing off its new, proprietary agent portal, ChannelSphere, that eliminates the need for quotes from the support team.

“This sophisticated portal offers a quick, simple solution that will accelerate the whole sales process,” said Skyler Stewart, Telespheres indirect channel director. We wanted agents to be in the drivers seat when initiating their own quotes, and have unlimited access to online tools when presenting Telesphere to their prospects.”

For example, the single sign-on ChannelSphere home page directs agents to information needed to access their customer bases, with tools for drilling deeper into each account. Partners may produce customized reports, generate a quote in minutes, customize professional sales proposals and access sales tools including on-demand training courses and customized marketing materials.

Along those lines, the Quick Quote automated tool lets agents build complex, multilocation proposals. There’s also contract preparation, review and proposal that can be archived for future reference.
