Edify Labs (Edify.cx) signed its first direct national master agent agreement with Telecom Consulting Group (TCG).

Telecom Consulting Group has joined Edify’s channel partner program. It has more than 4,000 agents across the country.

It also brings “unparalleled reach and three decades of expertise” to the partnership, Edify said.

J.P. Dundas is Edify’s vice president of channel sales and alliances. He said Edify is “focused on delivering a partner experience that is second to none.”

“Edify’s partnership with TCG gives partner companies and trusted advisers the ability to access our contact center plus unified communications plus API platform through a master agent, while also benefiting from all the key components of what we think is the premier partner experience in the business,” he said.

Edify Huddle unites contact center, UC and real-time communications (CPaaS/API) functionality in a single, cloud-native software solution. It lets users move among channels within one conversation. This gives agents the flexibility to serve customers faster and more completely from a single pane of glass.

Edify Huddle ML delivers cloud-native omnichannel business communications with machine learning.

“Edify treats the channel as a true extension of our direct sales force, which is not always the case in this business,” Dundas said. “Our view is that there is certainly enough to go around when the product is right. That’s why our partners have access to our sales, support and engineering resources to help curate the most positive experience for their customers.”

“We are excited to be partnered with Edify and are looking forward to doing some really big things together,” said Dan Pirigyi, partner at TCG. “Their product set is unique with their APIs and integration capabilities, which allows our partners to turn customers up quickly.”.

Edify partners with organizations that have a “great reputation,” a national presence and a “lean-forward” approach to cloud adoption, Dundas said.

“We can’t wait to start working with TCG partners to educate them on how our product can help their customers change the way they communicate to maximize the customer experience,” he said.

Dundas joined Edify in February to accelerate its channel strategy. He is part of Channel Partners’ Top Gun 51, which recognizes a new generation of channel executives who build and execute programs that drive partner, customer and supplier success.
