Telarus Partners Get UJET Contact Center Solutions

Telarus partners can access the new Ujet Virtual Agent.

Telarus partners are getting access to UJET contact center solutions under a new agreement between the master agent and vendor.

The partnership gives Telarus partners full access to UJET’s contact center products and features. And businesses can fully integrate support into their existing mobile experience.

With UJET’s in-app support, businesses can eliminate fragmented, repetitive customer interactions while unifying their customer data. Partners can also access the new UJET Virtual Agent, which provides conversational AI.

“Helping our partners navigate through the current business climate and identify solutions to improve their customer experience and achieve operational efficiencies is paramount,” said Brandon Knight, Telarus’ vice president of business development for contact center.

Telarus works with a number of cloud contact center providers, he said. But UJET contact center is different. It offers a “truly unique customer experience.”

“This is a one-of-a-kind solution for the next-generation of CCaaS,” Knight said.

Ujet’s channel partner program supports strategic business partnerships, master agents and integrators looking to diversify their portfolio and grow their business.

“The digital transformation of customer service has suddenly re-emerged as a mission-critical enterprise initiative,” said Vasili Triant, UJET’s COO.

Every contact center on the planet is working with disparate, outdated technologies, he said. Because of that, it’s impossible to provide a “truly modern experience” for their customers.

“UJET and Telarus combine to address these challenges through frictionless, flexible and transformative solutions tailored to modern, smartphone-era consumers,” Triant said.

This past summer, UJET and Calabrio, the workforce optimization provider, entered into a strategic and technology partnership. They are delivering a single cloud offering that combines UJET’s customer support platform with Calabrio’s workforce and customer engagement solutions.
