TELARIX DEBUTS OFFER MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Telarix Inc., formerly known as Emerging Technologies Group,
has announced the commercial availability of its new Offer Management Service
(OMS), a completely outsourced solution that manages international voice rate
offers. The company says it recently concluded a successful beta test of the
rating service with Global Crossing.

Telarix says OMS mitigates potential business risk,
normalizing, loading and analyzing vendor offers, which are received daily in
various formats and typically contain a significant number of international dial
codes and rates. The company also touts OMSs ability to make new rates
available for routing consideration within minutes of receiving an offer.

Bayly Communications Inc. has released its OMNIRoute
