Master agency Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) announced Wednesday the promotion of Jim Jacob to product specialist for PartneriQ, the hosted telecom expense management platform TBI launched in September 2011. 

PartneriQ allows TBIs partners to manage their customers through a TEM platform, as well as offer the software to their own customers. As a PartneriQ product specialist, Jacob will be handling all service and sales questions. He also will provide support for TBIs growing wireless division. Previously, Jacob was a member of TBIs vendor specialist team where he handled pre-sales support and quoting for many and quoting for many of TBIs nationwide partners.

According to TBI, the addition of a PartneriQ product specialist is due to both the great interest in the product and the diverse requirements of TBI’s partners and their customers.
