Star2Star is the latest provider in the channel to introduce new products and services during the work-from-home trend.

That trend, of course, might become more permanent for some, even after the COVID-19 pandemic is over. So to meet the demand from customers and partners, Star2Star just announced a slew of new products.

First up is a set of packaged applications, which include urgent nofitication, mass notification, CRM integration and employee alerts. These help businesses to integrate collaboration into their processes to improve their results.

Next is Star2Star Service Insight, which offers analytics on how employees interact with customers and internal departments. It also helps management listen and coach employees, and implements Net Promoter Scoring on calls to improve the customer experience.

We recently compiled a list of 20 top UCaaS providers offering products and services via channel partners.

Then there is a new and improved, full-service contact center offer. It allows businesses to provide “exceptional” customer service and support with actionable insights. And a new video conferencing tool offers what Star2Star says are seamless video meetings, which people can access right from their browsers.

New Bundles

Star2Star also announced four noteworthy bundles, which the company claims cost anywhere from 15% to 220% less than competitors’ offers. It designed the four bundles to be complete solution sets for businesses of any size in any industry. The work-from-home trend makes most of these a good fit.

  • The professional bundle includes end-to-end business essentials for businesses that need “comprehensive” communications and collaboration products and services.

  • The collaboration bundle features enhanced collaboration capabilities plus digital fax support. Star2Star says this bundle is ideal for any business that needs collaboration tools.

  • The customer service bundle emphasizes CRM integration and Star2Star’s Service Insight, described above.

  • And the contact center bundle is right for both small and large businesses that need communications, collaboration and advanced call center tools.
