SingleComm Announces Updated Suite of Integration Solutions

The Integration Solutions enable system integrators to create a highly customized interactions with the SingleComm platform tailored to their specific application needs.

PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 10, 2019 — SingleComm (Booth 242), a leading provider of cloud-based omnichannel contact center technology and pioneer in the use of WebRTC, announced its updated suite of Integration Solutions enabling clients to easily extract data and insights from their contact center operations.  The Integration Solutions enable system integrators to create a highly customized interactions with the SingleComm platform tailored to their specific application needs.

SingleComm’s Integration Solutions include:

  • A RESTful API exposing over three hundred (300) dimensions and metrics allowing customers to easily access data about interactions and outcomes;
  • An integrated analytics platform and API allowing users to schedule queries, reports and exports;
  • Self-service integrations allowing customized delivery of reports and data to a wide variety of endpoints including email, webhooks, FTP and AWS S3 buckets in a variety of formats, including CSV, XML, JSON, Excel and PDF;
  • Self-service use of standardized integrations with payment gateways, fulfillment companies, media companies, CRMs and workforce management platforms; and
  • Custom integrations from SingleComm’s professional services team.
