RollCall Business Conferencing Increases Capacity

RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions, a division of ILD Telecommunications Inc., has completed the expansion of its Jacksonville, Fla., facilities with the purchase and implementation of new VoIP-capable conferencing bridges. This represents a 100 percent increase in RollCall’s available port capacity. The newly installed conferencing bridges will be used to support the demand in reservationless unattended audio conferencing traffic and large operator-assisted conference calls.

“We are dealing with an unprecedented demand for teleconferencing services. Businesses are now choosing to host large scale event meetings using conferencing operators to assist with their high-touch calls, and turning to an experienced provider that can readily support their requirements,” said Fred Lloyd, senior vice president of strategic planning and head of RollCall Conferencing. “These growth efforts are ongoing and we intend to continue to increase bridge capacity over the course of the next year. In fact, within the next 90 days, RollCall intends to triple our conferencing capacity beyond these newly installed bridges,” said Lloyd.
