The cloud model is exciting, and clearly the ascending business model in the channel. Making it work for your business, however, requires careful thought, detailed knowledge, a coherent strategy that includes introducing cloud services into your portfolio, and a clear revenue-producing plan. That means understanding the model and adapting it to your business and your customer set. The program features numerous opportunities to achieve the clarity the cloud model requires.
  • To identify all the ways to diversify your portfolio by adding services like wireless, UC and cableco services to your business. The economy is improving, albeit slowly, and now is a great time for partners to look to grow their businesses by layering in new service sets that they may have shied away from during the darkest hours of the Great Recession. The sun is beginning to shine through. Now is the time to grow.
  • To understand where the biggest players and most influential voices in the industry see the channel heading. These are the men and women propelling the channel into the future, the strategic navigators with the vision and the voices to shape your business options.
