Rackspace in April updated its channel program with the support of its partners, whose feedback was instrumental in the changes.

Channel chief Lisa McLin, who was inducted into the Channel Partners Circle of Excellence at the 2018 Channel Partners Conference & Expo, reflects on the past several months heading the Rackspace channel, some of the new features on the company’s partner portal, and what lies ahead.

In this interview on April 19, 2018, Channel Partners/Channel Futures executive editor Craig Galbraith also asks for an update on how Rackspace’s recent acquisition of Datapipe is impacting the company’s channel.
