Qualmax Inc. (Booth 616) is announcing a joint venture with iNode Corp., which allows it not only to design and build VoIP networks, but to provide carrier services to its customers. Qualmax supplies hardware, financing and engineering services that can be packaged for a discounted rate. iNode runs and bills the call traffic.

Today we are able to design the network, build the network and play a role in marketing the routes of our global customer base to top tier carriers in the U.S. and Europe, says Tracy Habecker, creative director for Qualmax. This new venture grew quite naturally out of our existing business model. Our customers were asking for a more complete solution to their overall communications needs.
