Primal Solutions Inc. is demonstrating interoperability of its settlement services with NeuStar Inc.s SIP-IX network peering and interworking services suite at Spring 2007 VON.

SIP-IX is designed to enable network-to-network peering with a cross-domain registry service that is integrated with Internet exchange providers (IXPs). Primal Solutions IP Correlytics platform provides IP transaction management to help ensure proper internetwork settlement for transport by each of the network peering partners.

SIP-IX helps service providers and carriers deploy IP services, such as voice, video and instant messaging. The IP Correlytics platform provides state-based IP transaction management, correlation and archiving. By combining SIP-IX with IP Correlytics, NeuStar and Primal Solutions offer network service providers with neutral application peering and settlement services, the companies said.
