PowerNet Global has joined forces with 3CLogic.
The deal calls for PowerNet Global to provision its voice, data and SIP services to 3CLogic, which specializes in cloud contact-center platforms through Amazon Web Services.
“Bringing on PowerNet Global as a partner gives our customer base stronger choices when it comes to their voice carrier,” said Raj Sharma, president and CEO of 3CLogic. “We feel confident that PowerNet Global and 3CLogic can deliver the best performance in contact centers out there.”
Both companies run partner programs; 3CLogic’s is referral-based.
