Collaboration software and services provider PGi has a new strategic alliance with Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), the connectivity and cloud-providing master agent.

Through this agreement, CNSG will sell PGi’s full range of unified communication and collaboration (UC&C) products, including audio conferencing; Web and video conferencing; event conferencing; webcasting; and UC services.

“PGi’s audio, video and Web collaboration solutions will drive new revenue streams for CNSG agents as they, in turn, provide greater value for their customers,” said Ralph Hawkins, senior vice president of PGi Partner Channel. “With competitive pricing, detailed implementation services and a responsive team, PGi looks forward to growing our relationship with CNSG in 2016 and beyond.”{ad}

CNSG provides end-to-end telecommunications services, from carrier, cloud and IP infrastructure services, to contract negotiation and issue resolution. With a SaaS-based delivery model, PGi will handle customer implementation, support, co-marketing and engagement programs.

“In order to navigate the complex demands of the collaboration market, it is imperative to align with a proven solution provider like PGi,” said Randy Friedberg, CNSG’s vice president of business development.

Also, ClearOne has signed a master-agent agreement with TeleDomani to expand the reach of ClearOne’s Spontania cloud-based media collaboration software. TeleDomani touts itself as the largest master agency in the Northeast.

Through the ClearOne partnership, TeleDomani can provide its agents with opportunities to expand their product portfolios, access client relationships and create new revenue streams using Spontania, according to ClearOne.

“TeleDomani has a reputation for outstanding partner support,” said Kent Terpe, ClearOne Connections Partner Program senior consultant. “They cover everything from opportunity assessment and quoting, to project management and pre-and post-sales support.”
