OnSIP Promotes, Adds WiC Board Members to Management Team

OnSIP's Helene KidaryCloud PBX provider OnSIP has added to its management team two members of Women in the Channel’s (WiC) board of directors.

Nicole Hayward was appointed chief marketing officer and Helene Kidary was names vice president, channel sales. Hayward has been with OnSIP since 2010, leading the company through a rebrand in 2012, while Kidary previously was executive vice president of VoIPX International.

OnSIP has expanded its management team to support growing demand for its hosted VolP platform.

OnSIP's Nicole HaywardDuring Hayward’s tenure, OnSIP has grown to more than 45,000 customers. Prior to OnSIP, she worked at Bootsoft (now Modus Associates) and L’Oréal USA in management and engineering capacities.

Kidary has held executive positions with such companies as Tandem Transit, VOX Group International (acquired in 2012), Gorilla Mobile and Telco Group, that sold to Leucadia. She chaired the NewCo Integration Committee in a $1.2 billion merger with STAR Telecom and PT-1 Communications.

Women in the Channel is a professional nonprofit organization supporting women in revenue generating roles in the telecom and data industries. In addition to now serving as members of its board, Hayward has also chaired the group’s technology committee for three years, and Kidary was appointed to chair of the membership committee last year.
