OneStopTel Offers FLEXCALL Hosted IP PBX Service

OneStopTel (Booth #1733) is announcing at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo the release of its OneStopTel FLEXCALL Service, a hosted IP PBX service available immediately for sale through agents and private-label or co-branded resellers.

FLEXCALL is available to any company throughout the world; the only requirement is a broadband Internet connection that is greater than 512kbps.

OneStopTel’s FLEXCALL service was designed and built on a cloud computing network (based on virtual servers) and not in a traditional data center with physical hardware and software limitations. “Because adding virtual servers in a cloud environment can be done almost instantly, OneStopTel can add telephony projects and capacity immediately upon receiving such requests,” said OneStopTel President Paul Stamoulis, explaining that means nearly any voice response unit, ACD and voice messaging application can be created quickly and at a very low cost.

Custom programs are welcome, he added. For example, if a congressman had a need for a customized survey to be taken of the 150,000 constituents in his district, such a custom survey can be done within days instead of the usual month long setup period, Stamoulis said. Another example, he said, would be a Fortune 500 company that requires calls being received from 30 different countries to be routed to one centralized call center by language and skill sets of the operators.

The FLEXCALL service also features the company’s Qualirouter proprietary routing algorithm that automatically distributes calls for termination over the route having the highest quality rather than the least cost.

FLEXCALL pricing is on a per-month basis for the features and on a per-extension basis for the number of lines. Agents will earn a monthly residual on the sales.
