Intelisys’ Stephanie Bouras

The master agent tasked Stephanie Bouras to build sales and marketing initiatives for partners in the southeastern U.S. She will oversee the support and recruitment of partners. Intelisys says Bouras brings strong experience in business expansion and market penetration.

“Stephanie is particularly strong at relationship building, and our strongest colleagues share that quality,” said Karla Roarty, director of partner sales, Southeast Region. “This is, at its core, a relationship business, and Stephanie has what it takes – from industry and channel experience to technical know-how to sharp sales instincts – to be an incredible resource for our sales partners in Florida. We are so excited to provide this additional dedicated layer of support to this booming region and our high performing sales partners in the Sunshine State.”

Bouras, who will report to Roarty, says she is joining Intelisys at a time of “great opportunity in the channel.”

“As technology becomes an enabler of business strategy, savvy sales partners are aligning themselves with the business strategies of their customers,” she said. “As part of the Intelisys team, I now have the chance to make a major impact on their businesses by supporting them as they grow and evolve.”

She spent the previous seven years as director of strategic partners at EarthLink Business. She also worked as a national channel manager for Cybera and a signature account manager for AT&T Global Services. Other former employers include WorldCom and NTT.

“I am thrilled to have joined an industry leader like Intelisys,” Bouras said. “I’ve been a supplier partner of Intelisys for eight years, and have grown very familiar with the company’s reputation. Internally, the culture and common goals cement what I hoped for. This is not just a job. It’s a family. And we’re all focused on one thing: enabling the success of our sales partners.”

She will work out of Boca Raton, Florida.

Intelisys hired a new solutions engineer and launched a fiber-locating tool for partners last week.
