Netsapiens, a B2B provider of UCaaS services and feature sets to MSPs, has officially released v39, the latest version of its signature SNAPsolution platform.

Already provided to current users as a free download, the updates increase the level of flexibility and efficiency for MSPs to meet their end-users’ evolving communications needs, according to Netsapiens. Additional upgrades to existing modules, like SNAPbuilder endpoints enhancements, also add to the amount of Netsapiens-compatible equipment, thereby increasing the company’s reach in the overall MSP market.

Ken Adams, Netsapiens’ vice president of marketing and partnerships, tells Channel Partners that with this release, his company has a “more well-rounded UC offering, including our new video module, SNAP.HD, that MSPs will be able to offer to their customer base.”

“We consistently update features as our customer needs dictate along with releasing new feature sets based on requests and industry trends,” he said. “This allows netsapiens partners to extend their offerings out to their customer base. Along with new and updated features within the platform, we work with third-party partners via API integration to extend the capabilities of our SNAPsolution platform.”

SNAPsolution is powered by netsapiens’ UC software platform. The platform permits the company’s clients to bundle SNAPsolution components and features, and then offer services on an “as needed” basis to their end-users, according to the company. SNAPsolution’s flexibility and customization capabilities allow MSPs to offer a full suite of traditional PBX features along with those enabled by cloud-based UC systems.

“We solicit feedback via a feature request forum and in person,” Adams said. “We make it a point to visit our customers and have one-on-one, face-to-face meetings to solicit feedback and talk to them about the Netsapiens road map.”

“At Netsapiens, we strive to be a reliable and leading source of hosted PBX, unified communications and mobility features for our managed-service-provider partners,” said Anand Buch, Netsapiens’ CEO. “These days, enterprises across the United States are turning to our clients for guidance in implementing and managing the next-gen IT and real-time communications technologies that best meet their requirements. This means that MSPs need reliable, easy-to-use solutions to deploy that are also scalable as they grow. By constantly evolving our offerings both in response to customer requests and the trends we see in the market, the Netsapiens team delivers a unified-communications platform and experience that our customers know will work for them.”
