CHANNEL PARTNERS NBS (Booth 7031), the business-services division of cloud-services provider Fusion, is making available to its channel partners two fully featured, SIP-based cloud communications solutions targeted at companies seeking to avoid deploying or replacing a traditional PBX.

The first is NBS Cloud Voice, which offers a complete suite of advanced PBX features without the need to invest in new office infrastructure. It may be deployed across multiple sites and remote offices with minimal effort, the company said. Proprietary developments have allowed NBS to highly integrate features for ease of use; for example, an administrator may analyze call-detail records and elect to listen to audio recordings for all calls exceeding a certain duration, or placed to a specific country.

The second is NBS Unified Communications. This cloud-based service delivery platform offers companies of all sizes complete telephony, conferencing, collaboration and instant communications features. It integrates end users phone service with an instant messaging, presence and Web collaboration platform, with no need to integrate with third-party products such as Microsoft Lync. This solution comes with a complete suite of software applications for Mac OS, Windows OS, iOS and Android.

“This offering results from the combination of the existing NBS hosted VoICE service with the recently acquired Broadvox Hosted Communications service suite,” said Russell Markman, EVP of NBS Business Services. “Partners and customers using both types of services know that there are unique advantages to each and that being able to sell either will open up additional sales opportunities based on the specific needs of their customers.”

NBS is also introducing a cloud communications promotion at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo (booth 7031).
