MetTel Hires Sprint Vet as Strategic Channels Director

MetTel, which provides a large range of voice, data and network services, has appointed Eric Harvey as its new senior director of strategic channels.

MetTel's Eric HarveyIn his new role, Harvey will be responsible for helping to grow the MetTel channel program. He previously served as FusionConnect’s director of channel sales and has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience.

“We set out to find an industry leader who could identify new opportunities for MetTel’s strategic channel team while still prioritizing the company’s core values and customer service expectations” said Marshall Aronow, MetTel’s CEO. “We’re excited to bring Eric onto the team, who will bring his channel experience from managing master agencies to handling consultants in various telecommunications and IT technology-driven spaces. We look forward to growing our channel team through Eric’s leadership and expertise in the arena.”

Harvey will work to expand MetTel’s channel partner base, both from an existing customer perspective and a new audience, and also will help to grow the company’s internal channel team under the leadership of Timothy Hanley, vice president of strategic channels.{ad}

Prior to joining MetTel, Harvey led sales, marketing and channel teams at Primus Telecommunications Group, Sprint, The Beacon Group and most recently, Fusion.
