MegaPath Adds Tools to Partner Portal

One new resource lets agents, VARs and other partners check availability and pricing at specific addresses.

MegaPath partners have new tools to use when quoting, ordering and supporting the managed services provider’s products.

On Tuesday, MegaPath said its Partner Portal now includes the following:

  • Quote Tool: All partners agents, VARs, solution providers, independent IT professionals may price products online without a representative. It also allows partners to check access availability and pricing at specific locations. Further, partners may view all pending quotes.
  • Enhanced Order Status Tracking: Partners can search existing orders and see the status of pending orders. Partners also can design custom reports and schedule receipt of specific reports on a recurring basis.
  • Self-Bulk Pre-Qualification: Partners can create bulk pre-qualifications. After uploading the pre-qualification spreadsheet to the portal, partners receive their results via email.
  • Customer Support Ticket Tracking: Partners are able to create, search, view and escalate their customers support tickets as necessary. Partners also can view the status of installation and upgrade tickets.

Each new tool is available now on Megapath’s partner portal.
