Logical Exchange LLC, which provides foreign exchange or virtual presence Internet telephone service for developing countries and cash-based economies, has launched its INXcash program for resellers worldwide.

INXcash is a new international calling service that incorporates calling card convenience with Internet phone service.

Subscribers buy INXcash voucher and PIN codes from local resellers, and then sign up and use INX online. The company says subscribers make and receive calls with their U.S. or Canadian phone numbers, and have free voice mail, caller ID, three-way calling and online account management.

INXcash provides resellers around the world a new international telecommunications marketing tool that competes strongly with calling card, callback, PC-to-phone and local direct dial calling services especially in developing countries with cash economies, says Jon Lowry, CEO of Logical Exchange. Our ability to provide a next-generation phone service using traditional distribution methods will provide our resellers with a differentiated service offering and our subscribers with enhanced communications services.

To participate, resellers sign up with Logical Exchange, and buy discounted INXcash signup and recharge vouchers. Partners then distribute INXcash through direct sales or local distribution channels. They can provide INXcash to customers through their own branded calling cards or other sales strategies including their own Web sites.

Logical Exchange plans start at $7.95 a month with unlimited local calling and 2.1 cents per minute.
