Intermedia has launched Unite Envision, a new analytics platform that allows administrators and partners to visualize, in real time, the performance of its Unite UC&C system.

Intermedia Unite integrates a business phone with web and video conferencing, team chat, file sharing and backup, and other features. Unite Envision is included for free with Intermedia Unite.

Mark Sher, Intermedia’s vice president of UC product and marketing, tells Channel Partners his company’s goal is to “make it as easy as possible to sell UCaaS through Intermedia.”

“By developing the analytics platform, and the quality of service (QoS) and partner dashboard applications, we are truly making it easier for partners to support their customers,” he said. “We’ve been working with partners for many months using the beta version. Their feedback was instrumental and helped shape the version we announced today.”

Here’s our most recent list of new products and services being offered by agents, VARs, MSPs and other channel partners.

The QoS dashboard aggregates Intermedia Unite phone-call and video-meeting quality metrics into insights that identify issues or trends that may cause less-than-ideal voice or video performance. The partner dashboard provides partners with a single-screen view into all of their customers’ performance data with the ability to create customizable alerts and notifications.

“The biggest issue Unite Envision eliminates is how traditionally partners have lacked adequate visibility into their customers’ call quality,” Sher said. “This platform is really about providing partners with actionable insights. We are making it possible to obtain information that is easy to understand and easy to act on.”

“With the introduction of Unite Envision, we now have real-time insight into how Intermedia Unite is performing across our entire customer network in one, easy-to-understand and actionable view,” said Michael Rudolph, director of programs at Fisher’s Technology, an Intermedia partner and Unite Envision beta tester. “Unite Envision’s customizable notifications and alerts can inform us of any potential issues before they occur, keeping our customers connected, while further minimizing our service calls.”
