Tech-services distributor Intelisys has hired Janet Hendrickson as its senior manager of strategic VAR partner development for the West/Central region. She’ll be tasked with recruiting, developing and training Intelisys’ growing community of VARs and IT solutions providers – providing essential sales support to ensure their growth and success.

“The massive shift to an as-a-service model is driving VARs to build more recurring revenue streams,” said Mike McKenney, VP of partner sales and business development, Intelisys. “That pivot is not an easy one. Janet has extensive, spot-on expertise  in sales, marketing, sales engineering, and management — all of which will be instrumental in Janet helping her partners succeed in this new world.”

Hendrickson’s experience includes recent positions as vertical program manager of finance and strategic alliances at ShoreTel, and as senior marketing manager of channel development at Ruckus Wireless. Throughout her career, she has created and developed strategic marketing initiatives and has grown programs that developed tangible results, including IPOs and acquisitions.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Intelisys family,” said Hendrickson. “They have a stellar reputation as the go-to services distributor for top performers. They also understand the unique opportunities and challenges that exist around this big shift.  The future is very bright here and I’m excited to be a key part of that.”
