Intelisys Deal Brings ZaiLab to U.S. Channel

ZaiLab’s contact center solution is available to SMB customers across the U.S. through Intelisys’ national network of sales partners.

PRESS RELEASE — New York, Sept. 20, 2018 — ZaiLab, a next-generation software company specializing in omnichannel, cloud-based contact center software, today announced its new Supplier Partner relationship with Intelisys, a ScanSource company and the nation’s leading Technology Services Distributor.

Just ahead of Channel Connect, Intelisys’ annual partner event—to be held this year in Monterey, CA—ZaiLab prepares its debut appearance as a Supplier Partner. The SaaS company recently launched in the United States as part of its global footprint expansion program, which covers the US and European markets; and now, ZaiLab’s contact center solution is available to SMB customers across the US through Intelisys’ national network of Sales Partners.
