More than 200 sales and supplier partners converged on Santa Rosa, Calif., Oct. 5-6, for Intelisys 7th Annual Inteligolf Wine & Business Fair.

The first day of the event offered a variety of networking options. A kickoff roundtable discussion centered on the impact of consolidation on partner businesses. Partners also identified telecom expense management as an emerging interest among their customers. From the roundtable, participants moved to a series of meetings with 10 premier event sponsors. In the afternoon, the Business Fair featured tabletop displays, product demonstrations and one-on-one meetings with 23 suppliers. The Business Fair also provided Intelisys the opportunity to preview the latest version of its ResourceCRM Service, an inventory and contract management database offering agent- and customer-level access.

Friday morning, partners headed off to the annual golf tournament, one of three wine tours, or a day at the hotel spa. Friday concluded with a 19th Hole cocktail reception, where partners shared a Tuscan dinner.

Inteligolf was a breakthrough and defining moment for GCG, said Joel St. Germain, president of Global Communications Group, which is based in Englewood, Colo. The Intelisys ResourceCRM service totally blew me away, and the enterprise program surrounding it is going to change the way we do business in 2007.

Inteligolf 2007 will be held Oct. 4-5.
